Oscar Grant III was shot in the back and killed by former Bart Police officer Johannes Mesherle while held to the ground by Bart Police Officer Tony Pirone on the Fruitvale Bart Platform on Jan.1st 2009. Mesherle will face trial in the state of California on November 2nd 2009, The Trial location has yet to be determined. This video was put together by Oscar Grant's Family and community members. The world needs to know that Oscar Grant is a son, a nephew and a loving father, a human being . . .
